JAMMU, Oct 18: Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) today organized investiture ceremony for awarding DG’s Commendation Disc and Letter and Police Medal awards to recipients for their meritorious services at Group Centre, Bantalab.
On the occasion, Kuldeep Dhar, IGP, CRPF, Jammu Sector was the chief guest who presented DG’s Commendation Disc and Letter and Police Medal to 24 recipients of various operational units/offices of Jammu sector.
Dr HL Raskaran, IGP (Med) CH Jammu, SS Dogra, DIGP, GC CRPF, Kootah, DS Bhains, DIGP, Jammu Range, D Kanan, DIGP, O/O Spl DG, J&K Zone, Sandeep Gokel, DIGP (Adm) Jammu Sector and Commandant of all Jammu based units were also present on the occasion.
The recipients, who were awarded with DG’s Commendation Disc and Letter and Police Medal are D Kanan, Narender Singh, Surender Singh, Anuj Pathak, Arvind Nigam, Surender Singh, Jarnail Singh, Vijay Pal Singh, Mohammad Aajam, Pale Ram, Dil Farooq, Punjab Singh, Madan Singh, Gurmeet Singh, Piar Singh, Suresh D Badiger, Devendra Kumar, Vinod Kumar, Mahiuddin SK, S Mahalingagian, Ram Singh, Rambir, Dhian Singh and Sohan Singh.
While speaking, Kuldeep Dhar said that recipients were awarded with DG’s Commendation Disc and Letter and Police Medal for their excellent performance, leadership, sincere dedication and devotion to duty.
He congratulated all medal recipients and wished all force personnel a prosperous future and good wishes.
