Pak has no locus standi in Kashmir: PK

Excelsior Correspondent
JAMMU, Oct 21: Reiterating that so called Kashmir issue has long ceased to be of any significance to the international community, Panun Kashmir (PK) today said that Kashmir is a settled issue once for all.
This was stated by PK president, Ashwani Kumar Chrungoo while addressing the Executive Council meeting of his organization here to discuss the current political and security scenario.
He said the world understands the bogey of Pakistan and is no more interested in its pranks. The only problem that needs to be discussed with the neighbouring country is the vacation of the territory which is under the illegal occupation of Pakistan, he added.
Mr Chrungoo said the biggest issue bedeviling the relations between India and Pakistan is the continuous sponsorship of terrorists into India by Pak. The Pakistan is dreaming of using Afghanistan as a strategic depth after the withdrawal of NATO forces but it has to understand that the chaos within its territory will ultimately consume it, he added.
Prof M L Raina said PK stands committed to the establishment of Homeland in Kashmir Valley and there will be no compromise on this issue at any level as the Margdarshan resolution on homeland represents the core geopolitical aspirations of the community, he added.
Virender Raina, national spokesperson, PK appealed all the concerned parties to contact PK or the Joint Forum of KP Organizations regarding any encroachment, annexation, sale and change of nomenclature of the Hindu places of worship in Kashmir Valley.
Upinder Koul general secretary, PK, Kamal Bhagati its organizing secretary, Virender Koul secretary, N M Gadroo, Vijay Qazi, and Ramesh Koul attended the meeting.
