REASI, Dec 11: Chief Judicial Magistrate Reasi has rejected the bail application of the four accused, who were allegedly involved in issuing fake license to the complainant after charging Rs 35 thousand from him.
Identified as Deepak Kumar of Akhnoor, Rajesh Kumar, Jarnail Singh of Panassa in Reasi and Sham Lal of Vijaypur in Reasi, the accused were arrested on November 26, 2022 in case FIR number 287/2022 of Police Station Reasi in offences under section 420/109 IPC.
They had allegedly charged Rs 35000 from the complainant Haq Nawaz and issued him a fake license of Heavy Motor Vehicle with stamp of RTO Arunachal Pradesh.
After hearing arguments from both sides, Chief Judicial Magistrate Reasi, Archana Charak rejected the bail application on the ground that investigation in the case was in progress and allegations leveled against the accused persons were serious in nature.
