JAMMU, Dec 12: Provincial Power Employees Union (PPEU) today announced its Youth wing with Tarun Gupta as its president for Jammu province.
The announcement was made by Shakti Gupta, chairman of PPEU, during a meeting of the Union held today under his chairmanship at Parade Division. President of the Union Koushal Sharma was also present on the occasion. During the meeting, it was informed to all the participants that all members of PDDEU along with Tarun Gupta and Deepak Sharma will join PPEU.
Speaking on the occasion, Tarun Gupta said that the Union has taken up all the demands of non-gazetted staff including daily wagers/need based workers, such as promotion of all cadre, DPC of ITI employees, etc with Chief Engineer JPDCL, from time to time and will keep doing so till their demands are fulfilled.
Also present in the meeting were Subhash Sharma, Anay Gupta, Amar Bharti, Deepak Sharma, Sandeep Singh, Shakti Kumar, Kulbhushan Singh, Subash Pandey, Rajinder Saini, Suresh Singh, Bharat Bhushan, Mahesh Kumar, Kewal Krishan and Vir Singh Saini.
