JAMMU, Dec 12: The State Election Commission (SEC) today issued schedule for revision of Panchayat electoral rolls.
January 1, 2023 has been fixed as qualifying date for the electoral rolls, an SEC order said.
Draft rolls will be published on December 21.
The people can file claims and objections for addition/deletion/correction/transpositions from December 21 to January 18.
Special camps will be held at polling booth locations from December 31 to January 15.
The EROs will dispose of claims and objections till January 30.
Final Panchayat electoral rolls will be published on February 10.
