JAMMU, Dec 13: Lieutenant Governor of Union Territory of Ladakh has appointed Principal District and Session Judges of Leh and Kargil as Special Judges Anti-Corruption.
“In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, the Lieutenant Governor has appointed Yashpal Sharma, Principal District and Session Judge Leh and Iqbal Ahmed Mosoodi, Principal District and Session Judge Kargil as Special Judges, Prevention of Corruption Act for whole of Leh and Kargil districts”, read a notification issued by Department of Law of the Union Territory of Ladakh.
