JAMMU, Dec 15: Yudhvir Sethi, J&K BJP vice president today conducted a public grievances camp at Pt Prem Nath Dogra Bhawan, Kacchi Chawni here.
Many deputations including individual persons visited the party office to discuss their issues with the senior BJP leader. Deputations and common people discussed various issues related to the development of their respective areas and their other concerns. They also put forth various issues pertaining to basic amenities including drinking water, electricity, roads, etc. They sought immediate resolution of their pressing issues.
While listening to the problems put forth by the deputations, Yudhvir Sethi resolved most of the issues instantaneously by talking to the authorities concerned on phone. He assured to take up the rest of their issues with the concerned authorities and get the same resolved at the earliest.
The senior BJP leader said that the party is fully committed to address the day to day problems being faced by the people in general and that of Jammu city in particular. He stressed on the party’s sincere attempt to have direct interaction with the masses and provide best possible solutions to their day to day administrative and development issues.
He said that it is a sincere attempt to lessen the gap between administration and people and ensure that genuine issues of people are redressed in an efficacious way.
Sethi said that the Modi Government has initiated number of development projects in the last couple of years and very soon the results would start coming out changing the development profile of the region. He said that the stakeholders in J&K are working relentlessly for achieving the goal of making the Union Territory an example for its counterparts with up to the mark edifice and all round development.
Among those who were present in the camp include Suresh Salgotra, Parveen Kerni, Ajay Sharma, Raman Sharma, Abdul Hussain, Ishan Gupta, Vipan Sharma, Arun Sethi, Sunny Sharma, Sham Singh, Suresh Bharti, Attar Hussain, Bishan Singh, Kartar Singh, Ravi Singh and Partap Singh.
