JAMMU, Oct 22: High Court, in a petition filed by one Meenu seeking release of her salary with effect from September, 2011, issued warrants against CDPO Ghagwal.
After hearing Advocate HC Jalmeria for the petitioner whereas Deputy AG Saleem Malik for the State, Justice Janak Raj Kotwal observed, “reply on behalf of respondent has not been filed nor any good reason stated for not doing so. The respondent CDPO Ghagwal has not appeared in person as directed earlier”.
With these observations, Court issued bailable warrants to the tune of Rs 5000 for securing presence of CDPO Ghagwal.
