KATHUA, Dec 20: A deputation of Panchayat Dhanna visited to Regional Transport Office Kathua for restoration of passengers transport facility to their Panchayat.
The deputation was led by Panchyat members Mohd Sharief , Rekha Rani, Pinki Devi and Baldev Raj. They said that the Matador service of their Panchyat Dhanna is suspended since last four months and people are facing number of problems to reach to their destinations. They have to walk miles on foot and women, school. children, Government employees face numbers of problems in absence of passenger transports.
They said that a thick population of Dhanna and Haiti Panchyats passes through the villages on foot and having no transport facility. They appeal the RTO Kathua to restore the passengers public transport service to ease the problems of villagers.
