JAMMU, Oct 23: Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited has assured to optimize the existing network and address the problems like poor signal strength and connectivity for providing best telecom services in the region.
Giving reference of the meeting held between GMTD Jammu and president Chamber of Commerce and Industries about the status of telecom services, a handout issued by the BSNL explained that the difficulties were being faced in providing satisfactory services due to frequent power cuts, owner issues of GSM BTS and extensive damage to UG/OF cable due to ongoing sewerage project work by various developmental agencies.
The J&K circle is committed to provide best telecom services in the region and appreciates the suggestions and feedback from the various sections of the society, who are using BSNL services, the handout added.
