Injured jawans want to be back on duty

JAMMU, Oct 23: Morale of the BSF jawans is very high on the International Border. Even the injured BSF jawans want to get fit immediately and fight on the IB with the Rangers to give them a befitting reply to their shelling and firing.
BSF jawan Pradeep Singh Chouhan, who was injured at Chinaz post in Arnia sector last night, was not worried about his injuries and was ready to man the forward post again as early as possible.
Admitted in the Government Medical College (GMC), Jammu last night, Chouhan said: “I would like to be back on the duty at the earliest. We are not worried about Pakistan firing and shelling. We want to give them a fitting reply and protect our civilians in the border areas”.
Another injured BSF constable Manoj Kumar said he wanted to be back on the duty within the next few days.
“I would like to man a forward post again and give an effective reply to Pakistan,” he said lying on a hospital bed.
