RAJOURI, June 15: Ex-Policemen Welfare League has demanded 15% reservation for their children on the pattern of Army in Police Department.
In a meeting of the League held here today under the chairmanship of Harmesh Sharma ( Retd DSP) district president, the members projected their demands. They stressed for reservation for their wards in police department and other educational/ professional institutions as also relief from the Police Welfare Fund for the medical treatment of their family members. They also sought intervention of DGP in resolving their pending demands.
