SRINAGAR, Dec 25: Maintaining that politics is battle of ideas, chairman J&K Peoples Democratic Front (JKPDF), Hakeem Mhammad Yaseen urged political parties to concentrate on welfare of common people rather than leg pulling of each other.
Speaking at one day convention of PDF workers of Kachwari and Watred areas of Khansahib constituency in Budgam today, Yaseen asked the political parties to focus strategies towards welfare and prosperity of masses.
He said that political parties should primarily work for development and betterment of society.
The PDF chairman urged Centre to announce special employment package for the unemployed youth of J&K.
