JAMMU, Dec 26: National Awami United Party (NAUP) today said that due to sub-standard blacktopping work done in Ward Number 27, the people of the locality are suffering badly.
NAUP general secretary Manmohan Sudan alleged that they approached everyone from bottom to top in Jammu Municipal Corporation with the complaint of the sub-standard blacktopping work in ward number 27 near Bhagat Singh Chowk, Bakshi Nagar (Jammu) but nobody paid heed to their complaint.
Sudan said that matter is still pending and nobody from JMC is bothered to visit the spot and check the quality of work done. He said if the matter is not solved in one week then they will move to Anti Corruption Bureau to file the case against all responsible persons with name and designations and also go on protest to block the main roads of Bakshi Nagar.
