MLA inaugurates passenger shed, donates desks to GMS

RAMBAN, Oct 25: Member Legislature Assembly (MLA), Ashok Kumar inaugurated the passenger shed near Khooni Nallah bridge for the convenience of the local villagers.
He also handed over 107 steel-ply desks to the students of the Government Middle School, Digdole besides sanctioning the two mast lights.
The passenger shed was constructed of an amount of Rs 1.50 lakh sanctioned by MLA under Constituency Development Fund (CDF).
Speaking on the occasion, Ashok directed the Block Development Officer, Zamir Ahmed Rishu to construct male and female toilets near the passenger shed from the remaining amount of Rs 1.50 lakh.
Responding to the issues raised by the locals for early up-gradation and filling of all the vacant posts of teachers, CEO informed that as soon as the land is identified the new building of the High School will be constructed and all vacant posts will be filled at the earliest.
On the occasion, Vinod Kumar Soni, Zonal Education Officers, Om Prakash, besides locals were also present.
