AKHNOOR, Dec 29: In protest against the delay in redressal of their genuine & legitimate issues, Jammu Kashmir Teachers Forum (JKTF) unit Akhnoor today took out a candle march, under the leadership of Ganesh Khajuria, State Chairman of JKTF.
The candle march was taken out from Fawara Chowk to Main Bazar. The protesting members of JKTF were demanding the DPC of Teachers to Master Grade, implementation of ATD-2022 after removing the major loopholes, adjustment of recently promoted Headmasters and Lecturers, removal of the nomenclature of Inchargeism and look after words, revival of OPS from NPS , Transfer policy in favour of Grade -Il and Grade- Ill Teachers and the other legitimate pending issues of teacher fraternity.
