NEW DELHI, Oct 26: Quiet conditions developed on the wholesale jaggery market at the national capital today as prices after moving in tight range in restricted deals closed at last levels.
Muzaffarnagar and Muradnagar gur markets also settled at previous levels in the absence of any worthwhile buying support.
The following are today’s quotations per quintal:
Gur chakku 3,200-3,250, pedi 3,300-3,400, dhayya 3,400-3,500 and shakkar 3,500-3,600.
Muzaffarnagar: Rasket 2,650-2,750, chakku 3,100-3,200 khurpa 3000-3050 and Ladoo 3150-3200.
Muradnagar: Pedi 2950-3,000 and dhayya 3,000-3050. (PTI)
