NEW DELHI, Oct 26: There was no change in the pattern of trading in the wholesale sugar market at the national capital as prices continued to be asked on previous closing levels on small buying support.
Marketmen said heavy stocks position against higher festival season demand mainly held sweetner prices unmoved.
The following were today’s quotations per quintal:
Sugar ready: M-30 Rs 3,070-3,280, S-30 Rs 3,060-3,260.
Mill delivery: M-30 Rs 2,880-3,285; S-30 Rs 2,870-3,255.
Sugar mill gate (including duty): Mawana 3050, Kinnoni 3,285, Asmoli 3,230, Dorala 3,020, Budhana 3,015, Thanabhavan 3,010, Dhanora 3,000, Simbholi 3,210, Modi Nagar 3,140, Khatuli 3,010, Dhampur 2,990, Ramala 2,900, Bulandshar 2,930, Anupshar 2,880, Baghpat 2,910, Morna 2,910, Sakoti 2,910, Chandpur 2,900, Amroha 3,060 and Nazibabad 2890.
