NEW DELHI, Oct 26: Select base metals prices recovered by Rs 2 per kg on the local non-ferrous base metals market today due to increased industrial demand.
Traders said increased industrial demand mainly led to recovery in select base metal prices.
In the national capital, copper mixed scrap recovered by Rs 2 to Rs 430 per kg.
Zinc ingot, lead ingot and lead imported were also enquired higher by the same margin to Rs 113-119, Rs 148 and Rs 146 per kg, respectively.
Following are today’s metal rates per kg:
Zinc ingot 113-119, nickel plate (4×4) 1,048-1,049 gun metal scrap 227, bell metal scrap 229, copper mixed scrap 430, chadri deshi 285.
Lead ingot 148, lead imported 146, aluminium ingots 148, sheet cutting 149, aluminium wire scrap 151 and aluminium utensils scrap 148. (PTI)
