JAMMU, Oct 26: The 8th general body meeting of J&K Offset Printers Association for conducting routine business and promotion of 9th Pamex 2013 was held here today.
The meeting was chaired by president of the Association Pankaj Sethi. Among others the meeting was attended by senior vice president Harjinder Singh, its vice president, Sharat Sharma, general secretary, Rahul Mahajan, secretary, Sanjay Soni, finance secretary, Avinash Anand and joint secretary, Satish Raina along with large number of printers.
On the occasion official website www.jkopa.com of J&K Offset Printers Association was launched by ex-president of Association Arun K Gupta, Girish Kapoor and Ravi K Gupta of the Association.
The meeting showed grave concern regarding sharp increase in prices of paper within a short period of time. It said there has been 30 percent increase in the price of paper within two months and the Government was unable to check the same.
