Workshop on ‘RCEM Approach’ held

JAMMU, Jan 2: New Millennium College of Education in collaboration with Council for Teacher Education Foundation organised a one day workshop on ‘RCEM Approach’ in the College for its B.Ed student, here today.
Dr Rakesh Kumar Principal RB College of Education and member executive body of JKCTEF was the resource person. The programme commenced with introduction and welcome address by vice Principal Ranjana Rajput.
The resource person discussed the Regional College of Education Mysore (RCEM) approach of lesson planning and presented PPT on the four objectives of RCEM including Knowledge, Understanding, Application and Creativity and also explained 17 mental abilities with the help of different examples.
The interactive session was also conducted to solve the various queries of staff and teacher educators.
Dr Gaurav Bharat, chairman of the College, Sonia Sagotra (Director) and faculty members were present during the event, while the vote of thanks was presented by Meenu Raja, Lecturer of the College.
