AAP takes out candle march, calls for revisiting security plan in Rajouri-Poonch

JAMMU, Jan 5: To pay tribute to martyrs of Rajouri terror attack, Aam Aadmi Party today took out a candle light march in Jammu for paying tribute to martyrs of Rajouri terror attack and called for revisiting security plan in the twin border districts.
AAP leaders and workers participated in this candle light march, which was taken out in Jammu City. Party paid tribute to the martyrs and also observed a two minute silence for peace to the departed souls.
Senior party leaders including T S Tony, Subash Kapoor, Pratap Jamwal, Jayesh Gupta, Namrata Sharma, Reena Choudhary, Rajesh Padgotra, Mohinder Pal Singh, Harpreet Singh and many other party leaders were present in the candle light march.
Aam Aadmi Party leaders said that terrorism has always been a cause of concern in Jammu and Kashmir and loss of innocent lives in terror attacks has always troubled the society.
They said that the security situation in Jammu and Kashmir should always be dealt with top most priority to remove loopholes in security setup.
Aam Aadmi Party leaders further said that recent terror attack in Rajouri shows a concerned security situation in Rajouri and Poonch districts which have always witnessed a troublesome situation of terrorism. Last fifteen years were peaceful in the region but this terror attack has derailed the process of peace creating a situation of terror especially for minority population, they added.
Aam Aadmi Party reiterated the demand for fool proof security situation in Jammu province areas, especially in Rajouri and Poonch districts.
