Excelsior Correspondent

JAMMU, Jan 5: Mission Statehood Jammu Kashmir (MSJK) activists here today staged a protest demonstration demanding jobs for land donors in government projects and implementation of the Minimum Wages Act in J&K.
The protest was led by MSJK leader, Sunil Dimple who demanded permanent jobs to CPW contingent workers and government school cooks.
He claimed that the government only constitutes committees which give no results even after months and years.
Dimple claimed that BJP constituted committees for CPW contingent paid workers, government schools cooks, Anganwadi workers and others but these committees did nothing.
He said that the LG, PMO and all BJP leaders know the problems of those who are protesting by sitting in cold, fog, without food and money outside BJP office.
Dimple sent a memorandum to J&K LG listing demands of protesting CPW contingent workers, daily wagers and others.
Darshna Devi, Seema Devi, Jatton Begam, Sunita Devi, Javed Khan and others were also present in the protest demonstration.
