DUCBL holds 15th Annual General Meet

UDHAMPUR, Oct 27: Devika Urban Cooperative Bank Limited (DUCBL) held 15th Annual General Meeting to approve the balance sheet and profit and loss account for the year 2012-13, which was approved in the AGM.
CEO of the bank Rakesh Sharma welcomed all the shareholders, guests from cooperative societies, J&K Additional Registrar Sheela Bhagat, Deputy Registrar Qummer-ul-Zaman and Assistant Registrar FC Salaria.
Chairman of the bank Vikram Singh Slathia highlighted the over all performance of the bank.
Keeping in view the performance of the bank, the Board of Directors recommended 12 per cent dividend on the shares, which was approved by the shareholders.
The bank has renovated the PN Dogra Market branch with modern look and a proposal of opening one more branch at Chenani is also in the pipeline.
Among others present were Members on Board of Directors including Ashok Sachdeva, Vice Chairman, Directors Tilak Raj Khajuria, Dina Nath Bhagat, Bodh Raj, etc.
