JAMMU, Jan 21: Police registered an FIR with number 5/2023 at Police Station Garota after a lady moved court alleging that she was raped.
Police sources informed that they have registered a case under Sections 323, 342, 354, 376, 511 and 506 of IPC against one Yash Pal son of Sansar Chand resident of Mathwar.
The alleged victim was also a resident of Mathwar.
However, till last reports no arrest was made by the Police.
