Unemployment among reasons for spread of drug abuse: SSH

ARNIA, Jan 22: Unemployment is one of the main reasons for the spread of drug abuse among youth in Jammu district.
This was stated by Shiv Sena Hindustan (SSH) J&K leader Pt. Rajesh Kesri during a function here today.
He also said that drug abuse is a complex problem having many contributory factors.
The Shiv Sena leader also claimed that terrorism is increasing with each passing day and is returning to the level of 1990s.
He alleged that BJP leaders were stating that not even a bird would be killed after the abrogation of Article 370 but the reality is that innocent men, women and children are being killed in J&K.
On this occasion SSH framed its men and women units at Chak Jagtu.
Ram Lal has been appointed as president; Ravi Dass, vice president; Rakesh Kumar, cashier; Tilak Raj, secretary; Dev Raj, chairman and Ramesh Lal, general secretary of men unit.
Meena Kumari has been appointed as president; Rekha Devi, vice president; Sudesh Kumari, cashier; Babli Devi, secretary; Krishna Devi, chairman and Shardha Devi and Kiran Bala were made general secretaries of the women unit.
Prominent among those present on the occasion were SSH State vice president, Balbir Kumar; Desraj, Raj Kumar, Balwant Singh, Raj Kumar, Darshana Devi, Santosh, Bimla Devi and Sheeshpal Slathia.
