JAMMU, Oct 31: Air Officer Commanding (AOC), J&K Air Marshal Anil Khosla reviewed the preparedness and security scenario of Air Force, during his two days visit to Air Force Station Jammu.
The AOC J&K flanked by Deepshikha Khosla, President Air Force Wives Welfare Association (AFWWA) were received by PE Patange, Air Officer Commanding, Air Force Station Jammu.
Khosla reviewed the security scenario and defence preparedness of the station to tackle any contingencies. He also visited the forward deployed units of Indian Air Force under the control of Air Force Station Jammu and interacted with the air warriors.
He visited various units and sections and expressed his satisfaction over the way station is being maintained on the operations, maintenance and administrative front.
Khosla also expressed his satisfaction at the professionalism of the personnel of Air Force Station and extolled them to achieve even higher standards in the service of the nation.
Earlier, AOC J&K was briefed by AOC Jammu about the present security scenario of Jammu region.
Meanwhile, Deepshikha Khosla visited various ventures started by Air Force Wives Welfare Association (AFWWA) of Air Force Station Jammu. Mamta Patange President AFWWA (Local) briefed Deepshikha Khosla on various ventures started by the station and activities undertaken to improve the quality of life and welfare of the ladies of the Air Force Station Jammu.
