JAMMU, Jan 25: Jammu Police has seized five vehicles involved in illegal mining from different parts of the district.
According to a police spokesman, a tipper bearing registration number JK11F-9311 was seized by Police Post Chinore, one tractor trolley without registration number by Police Station Miran Sahib and one tractor trolley bearing chassis number MBNA AAL2BLRM01072 was seized by Police Post Phallian Mandal.
He said one dumper bearing registration number JK02CX-3670 was also seized by Police Post Chatha while one tractor trolley bearing chassis number MB NAAAL2BMJK00841 was seized by Border Police Post Gajansoo.
The DMO Jammu was also intimated about the same, he added.
