JAMMU, Jan 27: Sidhra Police today arrested a drug peddler along with 5 grams of heroin.
“During a special naka laid at Majeen area, a team of Police Post Sidhra led by Incharge of the Police Post PSI Nitish Khajuria rounded up a suspect identified as Mohd Sadeeq son of Nazir Ahmed of Ragoora (Jammu), when he was going from Ragoora towards Sidhra,” a police spokesman said.
He said during search, 5 grams of heroin was recovered from the possession of the accused and he was arrested on spot. “In this regard, cognizance was taken by Police Post Sidhra,” he added.
