JAMMU, Jan 31: High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh today ordered transfers and postings of several Judicial Officers.
As per the order issued by Registrar General, Y P Bourney, Principal District and Sessions Judge, Udhampur has been transferred and posted as Registrar Vigilance, High Court while as M K Sharma, Member Secretary, J&K Legal Services Authority, has been repatriated from deputation and posted as Principal Secretary to the Chief Justice. He shall also hold the additional charge of Director, J&K Judicial Academy.
Shahzad Aseem, Director J&K Judicial Academy has been transferred and posted as Registrar General, High Court of J&K and Ladakh.
Haq Nawaz Zargar, Registrar Vigilance, has been transferred and posted as Principal District and Sessions Judge, Udhampur while as Rajinder Saproo, 2nd Addl District Judge, Jammu, has been transferred and posted as Registrar Rules, High Court. He shall also hold the additional charge of Registrar Inspection, High Court Jammu Wing.
Kamlesh Pandita, Addl District and Sessions Judge, Kathua has been transferred and posted as Additional District Judge (Bank Cases)/Commercial Court, Jammu while as Syed Sarfaraz Hussain Shah, Additional District Judge (Bank Cases)/ Commercial Court, Jammu has been transferred and posted as Presiding Officer, Fast Track Court, POCSO Cases Jammu.
Balbir Lal, Presiding Officer, Fast Track Court, POCSO Cases, Jammu has been transferred and posted as 2nd Addl District, Judge, Jammu while as Aijaz Ahmed Khan, Principal Secretary to the Chief Justice has been transferred and posted as Additional District Judge, Budgam.
Gowher Majid Dalal, Registrar Judicial, Srinagar, has been transferred and posted as Presiding Officer, MACT, Srinagar, on deputation while as Manjeet Singh Manhas, Presiding Officer, NIA Court, Srinagar, has been transferred and posted as Additional District Judge, Kathua.
Amit Kumar Gupta, Registrar Inspection has been transferred and posted as Member Secretary, J&K Legal Services Authority, on deputation while as Sandeep Gandotra, Presiding Officer, MACT, Srinagar has been repatriated from deputation and posted as Presiding Officer, NIA Court, Srinagar.
Farooq Ahmed Bhat, Additional District & Sessions Judge, Budgam, has been transferred and posted as Registrar Judicial, High Court Srinagar Wing. Rupali Ratta, Registrar Rules has been posted as District Judge, Leave Reserve, High Court Jammu Wing.
