New body to work hard for upliftment of Ravidass Biradari

JAMMU, June 16: Newly elected office bearers of All J&K Guru Ravidass Sabha, Jammu have spelt various activities to be undertaken for upliftment of biradari, here today.
Vijay Locahn, president, All J&K Guru Ravidass Sabha, while addressing a press conference informed regarding booking of community hall in the premises of Guruwara Shri Ravidassji, Krishana Nagar. He said all those who have already booked community hall should contact office of the president of sabha on his mobile number 9419188382 so that duplication of booking may not occur.
The Sabha will take up all the genuine problems of the employees of dalit samaj with State Government for redressal at earliest. Sabha will come forward for the help of poor students of biradari for continuing their studies.
Sham Lal Basson who also spoke assured that the development work at guruwara will be speeded up with a new look. On the occasion president and general secretary assured that they will leave no stone unturned to fight for the genuine cause and day to day problems of biradari.
Prominent among those present in the press conference were Keser Singh, president of different sabhas, Mulkhraj, Bahufort, Tejram Bangotra, Kibar Colony, Girdhari Lal Channirama, Devraj Angral, president, Angral biradari, Simardass ex/senior vice president of sabha, Sham Sunder Bassan, Surjeet Singh Heer, Balbir Kumar, Parshotam Thapa, Thoruram, Mulkhraj Bangotra among others.
