SRINAGAR, Feb 7: A two-storey residential house was gutted in a massive fire mishap in Devar area of Lolab in north Kashmir’s Kupwara district in the wee hours today.
Fire broke out in a house belonging to one Nazir Ahmed Khan at Kakkad Pati Lolab at around 4 a.m.
Even as the Fire and Emergency Services Department reached the site on time, the raging flames engulfed the whole structure in no time. After intense efforts, the blaze was finally brought under control, however it already had nearly gutted the whole structure.
