JAMMU, Feb 9: Jammu Police has seized nine vehicles involved in illegal mining from different parts of the district.
According to a police spokesman, three tractor trolleys bearing registration numbers JK02CW-7508, JK02CT-2801 and JK02CS-0962 were seized by Police Station Kahnachak while one tractor trolley bearing chassis number 04226028572 was seized by Border police Post Gajansoo.
He said five tractor trolleys bearing chasis numbers MBNAAALXBKNH00315, GZCDS843652S3, BZCDS819098S3, MBNBG55AAKCK82497 and MBNGAALFZNNA00615 were also seized by Police Post Phallian Mandal.
The DMO Jammu was also intimated about the same, he added.
