R.S PURA, Feb 16: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has the potential to liberate people of J&K from clutches of ‘dictatorial BJP’ which is ‘inflicting the people with its tyrannical ideology that sans people’s welfare’.
This was claimed by Taranjit Singh Tony, chairman AAP J&K for Administrative Engagement and Minority Affairs.
Addressing a joining programme here today in which scores of youth hailing from border town R.S Pura joined AAP, Tony who is also District Development Councilor from Suchetgarh said that Delhi model of AAP has won accolades from the people of the country.
He also threw light on the policies of Kejriwal Government for free medical, health, education, power and water facilities to the people of Delhi which seems to be the pillars of a welfare state.
The AAP leader emphasized that to bring the Janata Raaj in J&K also, it is necessary that people should support AAP in coming time as BJP and other parties which ruled J&K in the past have proved to be failures because none of them worked for the welfare of people.
Tony appealed to the newly joined members to work hard to strengthen the base of AAP in view of upcoming elections by taking the programmes and policies of the Party at grass roots level.
