REASI, Nov 7: Additional Deputy Commissioner Reasi Rajinder Singh Tara today suspended a Junior Engineer and two teachers who were found absent from duty.
The ADC inspected various schools and offices to check punctuality of Government officials. Offices of Education, Rural Development, Municipality and Irrigation and Flood control were inspected. A Junior Engineer of I&FC Som Dutt Khajuria and Teachers Sushma and Rani Devi were placed under suspension.
Deputy Commissioner Shahid Iqbal has ordered an inquiry in the matter by Chief Education Officer and Executive Engineer I&FC within one week.
