KATHUA, Feb 17: Thirteen person of a marriage party were injured when a Mahindra load carrier bearing Registration Number JK08L 8602 slipped on the road at Dhali Morh, on Dayalachack road this evening.
They were on way from Khokhyal to Billawer area to attend a marriage when the vehicle in which they were travelling turned turtle on an under construction road which resulted in injuries of 13 persons belonging to Gujjar community.
They were shifted to GMC Kathua from where two seriously injured persons were shifted to GMC Jammu. The injured persons were identified as Jakar Hussain, Akram, Jakob, Shriek, Salim Khan, Kalu, Arfan Ali, Jamal Ali, Mustaq, Kalu Din, Hanief, Farman Ali and Hussian. Police has registered a case and started investigations into the matter.
