Srinagar, Nov 8: Five residential houses were damaged in a fire incident here last evening. Two persons including a home guard personnel received minor injuries while extinguishing the fire.
Police said fire broke out in the joint residential house of Mohammad Ashraf Bhat son of Ghulam Mohammad of Saraibala, Srinagar, which engulfed four adjacent residential house, resulting in damage to all the structures.
Fire tenders swung into action to control the fire.
