POONCH, Nov 8: Students from various educational institutions took out a peace march from Betar bridge (Poonch) up to Chakkhan-da-Bagh LoC point today.
The children from various schools assembled near the Poonch bridge and took out peace march towards Line of Control. They were carrying banners and placards seeking no more ceasefire violations and peace on the borders. These students demanded that there should not be any violation of ceasefire as their studies have been badly affected with the closure of schools along the LoC. The children were also raising slogans in support of their demand of stoppage of firing along the borders. Their march culminated at the Chakkan-da-Bagh cross LoC point.
