JAMMU, Feb 20: Ghulam Qadir, Under Secretary, Social Welfare Department, has been appointed as Grievance Redressal Officer in the department for the Persons with Disabilities.
The appointment has been made in terms of the Rule-14 of the Jammu and Kashmir Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act 2016 in the Social Welfare Department, who shall maintain the register of complaints as per the provisions of Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 and Rule -14 of J&K Rights of Persons with Disabilities, Rule, 2021.
An order in this regard has been issued by the Social Welfare Department.
