BJP holds meetings of Social Media Deptt, Aatmanirbhar Bharat Mission

JAMMU, Feb 20: BJP today organized two meetings on Aatmanirbhar Bharat Mission of Prime Minister, Narendra Modi and Party’s Social Media Department at Party Headquarter, here.
The meetings were chaired by BJP JK UT president, Ravinder Raina while among others they were attended by party’s Seh Prabhari, Ashish Sood, party general secretary (Org) Ashok Koul, national secretary, Dr Narinder Singh.
Addressing the meeting on Aatamnirbhar Bharat, BJP president, Ravinder Raina urged the party men to educate the people about various schemes launched by Narendra Modi Government under this Mission.
He said the youth should come forward and take advantage of these schemes and set up business enterprises to solve their own unemployment problem besides providing jobs to others.
He urged the party men to apprise people about these schemes, educate them and ask them to take full benefit of them.
Addressing the meeting Seh Prabhari of the party, Ashish Sood said no Government in any part of world can guarantee 100 percent Government jobs to the people but Narendra Modi Government is committed to create job avenues for its youth and in this regard many schemes under StarUps, Stand up India etc have been launched and the youth should take their full advantage for changing the fate of country and making New India.
The impact and reach of social media emerged as the main point of discussion in the daylong meeting which was chaired by the party president, Ravinder Raina.
Addressing the meeting Raina said “Social media is a boon of modern times,” . He also cautioning the participants about its flip-side as even a small incident can draw major attention in a jiffy.
Ashok Koul, while exhorting the participants asked them to be more vigilant against motivated and unnecessary criticism and counter it with solid arguments.
Sood in his address educated the gathering how to cultivate various social media platforms to spread their messages to the public.
Abhijeet Jasrotia, BJP spokesperson and Prabhari Social Media Department also addressed the participants.
Ankit Gupta, convenor, BJP Social Media Department said the plan was to identify volunteers to take forward the social media campaign in all 90 constituencies.
Manjeet Jasrotia and Bilal Parray co-conveners of the Department also attended the meeting.
