SRINAGAR, Feb 21: Government has relieved Dr Shamim Iqbal (Medical Officer) from Government Medical College (GMC) Srinagar with immediate effect.
“Dr Shamim Iqbal, presently continuing on tenure posting viz. Registrar beyond the prescribed period of three years, is deemed to have been relieved from GMC Srinagar with immediate effect and shall report in the Directorate of Health Services Kashmir for further duties/posting,” said an order issued by Bhupinder Kumar, Secretary, Health and Medical Education Department J&K.
