JAMMU, Feb 24: Government of Jammu and Kashmir today re-constituted the committee for deciding the mechanism of outsourcing of identified assets of the Tourism Department in a phased manner.
Headed by the Administrative Secretary, Industries & Commerce Department, the committee comprises Administrative Secretaries of Housing and Urban development department, Labour & Employment, tourism, Planning, Development & Monitoring Department, Revenue, Department of Law, Justice & Parliamentary Affairs, Secretary/Spl Secretary (Technical) forest, Ecology & environment Department, , Director General (Codes), Finance Department and Transaction Advisor (to be nominated by NITI Aayog) are members of the committee while Managing Director JKTDC is the Member Secretary.
Administrative Secy PWD(R&B)/PDD/Jal Shakti, Administrative Secy Mining Department, PCCF/Chief Wildlife Warden, Director General (Budget)Finance Department, Divisional Commissioner/DC concerned and Vice-Chairman/CEO Development Authority are the special invitees.
