JAMMU, Nov 9: J&K Non Gazetted Accounts Employees Coordinate Association (NGAECA) held general body meeting under the chairmanship of its president Kulwant Singh.
While speaking, Singh highlighted various demands including benefit of SRO 160 and anomaly of cadre, departmental exams and removal of 18 months barrier, filling up of vacant post vis-à-vis fresh recruitments, creation of posts of accountant in AD Food and Supply, change of designation and welfare fund at State level and computerization of J&K treasuries.
The association appealed to the higher authorities to redress the demands at the earliest.
Among others present were KS Khalsa, Janak Raj, Sham Sharma, Raj Pal, Prem Kumar, Ram Pal, Ranjeet Singh, Kuldeep Kumar, etc.
