JAMMU, Feb 25: The Jammu & Kashmir Police Headquarters (PHQ) has ordered the promotion of 15 ASIs of Executive Cadre and 4 HCs of Police Ministerial Executive Cadre to the next ranks.
As per a statement, in-situ promotion in favour of 4 Sub-Inspectors of Prime Ministerial Executive Cadre has also been sanctioned by the PHQ.
“The promotions were ordered after a recommendation by the Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC) and thorough scrutiny of the service records of the promotees,” read the statement.
The Director General of Police, Dilbag Singh has congratulated the promoted officers and their families and hoped that they will continue to work with zeal and zest.
