3 Inspectors placed as DySPs on stop-gap basis

JAMMU, Feb 27: Home Department on Monday ordered the placement of 3 Inspectors as Deputy Superintendents of Police (DySPs) on stop-gap basis.
As per an order, Inspectors Mohammad Rafi, Malik Zada Idrees, and Ravinder Paul Singh, have been placed as DySPs.
Meanwhile, the order said that the arrangements of the officers shall not confer on them any right to claim preferential treatment for their promotion, as and when the same is made in accordance with the provisions of Jammu and Kashmir Police (Gazetted) Services Recruitment Rules, 2022, read with Government order number 653-Home(P) of 2017dated June 7, 2017 and Government order number 1031-Home of 2017 dated September 9, 2017.
“The arrangements of the officers shall be without prejudice to the outcome of writ petition(s)/application(s), if any, pending, before any competent forum(s)/court(s) of competent jurisdiction of any existing or future orders of the Courts,” read the order.
