Sir,
It is a wise decision of the State Government to set up a mini winter secretariat in Srinagar during the winter months and keep available ministers on specific days so that the public grievances and problems get addressed. Similarly for Jammu division also during the summer months this provision of a mini secretariat should be there as most of the problems faced by Jammuites are in the months of summer .
The immediate and the ultimate duty of the Government should be to mitigate the woes of the people.
