JAMMU, Feb 28: While conducting grievance redressal at BJP Headquarters, Jammu, Kavinder Gupta, former Deputy Chief Minister and senior party leader called for a responsive and a pro-active grievance redressal mechanism.
He focussed on new techniques and best practices as to how we could redress the public issues in a more efficacious way.
Ranbir Singh Pathania, former MLA and J&K BJP spokesperson, called for a missionary approach while dealing with day-to-day issues of the people. Bharat Sarkar has unleashed unlimited funds and developmental initiatives under the dynamic leadership of PM Modi. “We need to ensure that people and rather ‘last man in last row’ get best out of these schemes/initiatives,. We need to be prepared and brace enough to transcend and cash in on gains of the historic decision of 5th August, 2019”, he added.
Kavinder Gupta and Ranbir Singh Pathania were attending to the public grievances at BJP headquarters.
Numerous individuals and deputations from different parts of the UT visited the party office to represent the issues of their respective areas as well as their individual concerns before the senior party leadership.
Listening patiently to the various issues represented by the deputations, BJP leaders telephonically talked to the concerned departmental officials and issued letters for the others.
Amongst other general issues pertaining to engagement in Government job, relief to cross-firing victims, preventing encroachment on private lands by encroachers in Uri, drinking water, building permissions, staff shortage, proper voltage electricity, NABARD roads were projected by a number of deputations who called on in the BJP office with references and telephone calls to concerned officials.
Selected Junior Statistical Assistants (JSAs) called for immediate issuance of joining letters. They have been selected and CID verifications performed since almost one year.
Rehbar-e-Janglats sought to ensure a time bound regularization and against a post having a higher pay scale than that of a Forest Guard.
NYCs called for rolling out a comprehensive regularization policy as well as honorarium.
