JAMMU, Mar 1: Jammu University Vice-Chancellor (VC), Prof. Umesh Rai released three books—Jurisprudence of Experiential Learning Law, Administrative Law: Cases and Material and COVID-19 Pandemic: Blessing in Disguise in Academic Pursuits, written by Prof. K.L Bhatia.
The VC appreciated efforts of eminent scholar Prof. K.L Bhatia and discussed the contents of the books expressing these as scholarly and providing quality research-based materials to the students and researchers.
Prof. Bhatia explained that his first book Jurisprudence of Experiential Learning Law presents a paradigm shift from legal theory.
He dwelt in detail about his second book Administrative Law: Cases and Material and further said that through this book attempt has been made to discuss the nuances, what is administrative law.
He said that his third book COVID-19 Pandemic: Blessing in Disguise in Academic Pursuits highlights the emergence of new constitutionalism in J&K after August 5, 2019 parliamentary action.
Among others, Prof. Satinder Kumar, Dean, Faculty of Law and HoD, Department of Law; Prof. Sanjay Gupta, Prof. Virender Koundal, Dr. Neeraj Sharma, Special Secretary to VC and Dr. R.K Sandhu were also present on the occasion.
