JAMMU, Nov 10: Rangmanch Theatre Group staged play ‘Akhir Kyun’ in remote area Argi of district Rajouri. The play depicts female foeticide and eve-teasing, which is still prevailing every part of the country.
The play was witnessed by a large number of people and Army personnel. The audience applauded the story of the play and the performance of the actors. Founder the group Vishal Pahari said that his group will continue to spread awareness in every part of the State with the same passion.
Those who proved their acting mettle included Vishal Pahari, Anoop Sharma, Amit Singh, Nayeem Bhat, Vikrant Verma and Madhu Bala.
The play was directed by Vishal Pahari and the make-up was done by Anil Sharma.
