JAMMU, Nov 12: PDP leader and coordinator for Jammu-Poonch Parliamentary constituency, Abdul Hamid Choudhary today said that sops being announced by State Government at this juncture were not going to make any difference in the lives of people.
The Government, he said, had already wasted precious time wherein it could have ensured development, implemented various schemes, mitigated sufferings of people, generated employment and ensured peace in the entire sub-continent.
Seeking support for People’s Democratic Party (PDP) Parliamentary candidate Yash Pal Sharma, Choudhary Hamid said, “had the Government made private entrepreneurs, industrial houses and Information Technology (IT) companies establish their units in Jammu and Kashmir State enough educated unemployed youth could have found jobs. Since the Government failed to develop infrastructure needed for these companies, not even a single industrial house established its unit in any part of the State.
